Hello All Chings..This is the first post since my arrival of the M-Classic Form....Nice to meet you all....up for sale here is the famous ALPA 11el in Chrome w/ KERN-MACRO-SWITAR 1:1.9/50 in BP both were made in Switzerland..
The beautiful chrome Camera body is in 92% like new condition ...everything is in prefect working order except that the light meter is no longer working and that has been replaced with a hot shoe by the previous owner..i myself has no problem working with it...and it is quite common for older film camera like this one
This excellent lens is famous with its MACRO function; the black paint finish will match really well with your BP leica camera and of course i personally prefer to use with the ALPA body....the glass is nice and clean with a bit of duct inside...as recently inspected by Uncle Tat ...he claimed that there is a really really thin hazy but it will not affect the photo quality...he also said he would perfer the way it is instead of open it up for CLA....and i believe any other master would clean it up with a little price.... the lens body shown a bit sign of use (you can see from the photos below) but in geneal i would say it is neat and tidy..
This beautiful set coming with the original lens cap, filter, lens hood, the original instruction booklet and the paper box...and i must make it really clear that the paper box has a label that match with the camera body but NOT with the lens ...this camera set would make it prefect for those who would love to try some other famous camera/lens maker instead of Leica...and Sorry for the collector, it may be not the set for you...if any ching interest love to take it home...feel free to drop me a PM and i will get back to you ASAP..
Finally....
the price is HKD23,000 ...for Ching not negotiate with the price...the Kipon ALPA to L39 adaptor would be also given to you with the set.....!!
