I am not so sure, because these two came with two complete box set of Canon RF from two difference countries, and the "C" marking is very traditional "C" on those Canon Rangefinder, so i believe that it might from Canon.

I agreed the "c" is Canon old logo. However, if you look at the box, only "CPE" without any message or logo that related to CANON. I think this soft release is for Canon not by Canon. IP is well respected in Japan and I am sure they have the right to do it. Pls correct me if I was wrong.
