Viewfinder magnifier with diopter

Please recommend which one is more suitable if price is not a concern?

I am choosing between the Genuine Leica 1.25x Viewfinder magnifier(without diopter) and the 1.35x Magnifier Diopter Correction for Leica M8/9/Mp adjustment -3.0~+1.5 (ebay )

I will use this on M8, M9 and lens range from 24mm to 50mm. I am about 600度近視 and wear glasses all the time. Is the one with diopter is better for 近視?

Also, which one is thicker in size and which one has a brighter/more contrast view?
