Try Camera Repair Center in TST Mansion, TST. They have a large inventory of step rings and third party caps.

Yeah, they have plenty of those stuffs !
Before, it was in 香檳商場, and I visited them quite often.
But now they've moved up to a building next to Shogun.
I dare not go up there, as they say that building is full of 一樓一 ...
