Rare Vintage Kilfitt Contax / Nikon to L39 Adapter for Closeup Photography

This is a rare item. A solid piece of metal. It is good for closeup mirrorless cameras unless you have the related lense (180 ~ 350 Nikon RF lenses, very rare) and accessory. It will not focus to infinity due to such long flange distance. In original box as shown.

Please refer to the sample by using a Zeiss Planar 35/3.5 on NEX3, resize only. The distance from film (?) to the box is around 50cm.
