Interesting Test...

I own M9 only, never touched with M240..

I only got 3 correct out of 19 in Part 1...
However I got 20 corrects out of 31 in Part 2...

1) No such thing as out of camera
2) the writer is experienced enough to manipulate the M240 files in such a way like the M9 output... not every user can do...

This part is really worth reading through.

My confusion now is,
Should I replace the A7, which practically only serves me as a spare camera in case I need color pictures with M lenses, with a 4 time more expensive M240?

I tried very hard to match the output from A7s (CMOS) to those from 645D (CCD) during the same event... big failure....

I am not skilful like the writer in post

The whole point is, if sooooooo much post processing is required to get the result, this is already a failure.

Neither pro nor amateur has all the time in world to do complex post processing. each lighting situation requires something different and its not like a simple preset would do.

Somehow, the take-out for me, after reading it the second time, is that the writer is more in favour of the M9.
