Thanks J. So I should shoot Raw+JPG on camera and let the JPG feeding to iPad for review?

Canon 6D has its own app, and Sony has PlayMemories app... not too sure what additional feature is offering with the use of Shuttersnitch...

Yes. that is exactly what i do: Shooting RAW + JPEG, then wifi the JPEGs to my iPad for instant review.

I never tried Canon's own app, so I cannot compare the two.
Shuttersnitch can stay connected with the camera indefinitely and keep transferring JPEG whenever I shoot. Actually Eyefi's own app can do something similar, but it takes longer time to transfer and easily crash, also the interface is not as good as Shuttersnitch.

Shuttersnitch can also show RGB histogram, which I find quite useful.
