I didn't buy but I did try them on and they seem comfortable..Quality seem ok for that price though.  
Found this picture from net and they look similar (not suede though)

My target would be JM Weston 180. Perhaps it's because I walk past their shop every day, and somehow I think the shape of this penny loafer is very simple and elegant.

Asked, HK$5900. But it's hand sewn or machine do? I checked JP magazine seems its sewn by machine only.

I think they are machine welted. Their collection includes shoes with different construction: Blake Stitch, Goodyear Stitch and Norwegian Stitch.  Signature 180 loafers are Goodyear welted.

JM Weston should be the only shoemaker which has its own sole tannery. It only supplies leather soles to JM Weston.
