Nikon 1 V3 or Olympus EM10

I want to buy a new mirror-less cam, I have two to choice but, really difficult to choice. One is Nikon 1 V3, and the other is Olympus EM10, just for causal use.....

My personal choice will be EM10.  
Reasons:  
1. Focus Speed
2. Anti-shake
3. Lenses choices
4. Bigger sensor

Sorry, I rarely print out digital photos.....
I used to have EM5 and EP5, images are really not bad on screen which are more than enough for causal use, but don't expect it can bit those FF cameras.
