A few 50mm old lenses...@f/1.4 or 1.5...amateur comparison

Last December in Beijing, lc7535 c-hing and I gathered some 50mm lenses we had in hand at that point of time for a comparison.
The aim was to know how different these lens were by an amateur'ssnap.

Shooting indoor and in evening let us control stable lighting between each shot.
M9 was used for instant preview (failure check). A mode. The shutter speeds then set by the camera were 1/90 and 1/125 since each lens drew different amount of light.
No post-production except conversion from DNG to jpg.
Framing shifted sideway a little bit in certain shots due to my cheap tripod. But it can still presents well that the lenses have minor difference in their effective focal length.

We did f/1.4 or 1.5 on those lenses that have this maximum aperture.
There was another comparison of f/2. Certainly more contenders were added, such as the Cron...

Here is the 1.4/1.5 comparsion. I will post the f/2 one later.

First, it's emotional. The barrel look and the hood...aesthetics of it.

Image wise, I find its off-focus imagery can still maintain subtle details and texture while most lenses' are flat relatively.

To my surprise, the Summarit stands out to my taste.

Yes, Summarit is 斯文 得來又 含蓄  
except sometimes a bit soft and glow when wide open ...

On this particular indoor scene, the Lux surely had a more textured off-focus performance than the Noct.

But I am sure the Noct would perform better to a different background, say, trees and greens behind a subject.
