Have you seen the one with the motorbike in the air?  Look at the clouds in the sky.  The highlight transition is awful!

For this type of shots, why not use Nikon D800E or Sony A7R?

Sorry, I am not a fan of CMOS.

Awful fake skintone!  Models look like plastic dolls.  No organic feel to it.  Typically CMOS.

I think what these samples demonstrate so far is just a D800E on steroid. Maybe it is a better version of Nikon DSLR, but I think it is still very difficult to justify the price difference. 35000 USD vs 3000 USD. It is more than 10 times.

Rumors say Pentax 645D II probably is going to use the same Sony sensor. If it is in 645D price range, then it is more acceptable.

The worst thing is the images are being compared side by side with those made by P45+ and IQ180.

They are totally stupid....

actually according to DXOmarks, D800E also has 14 stops of DR.

These sudden announced causing discussions are good . same sensor with different camera bodies , just causing a Vs on camera functions, handling & software . No large sensor(full frame) , IQ in weaker side ( ps. I am a Leaf user) . My desired product is 6x6 sensor , no matter on CMOS or CCD .

that is my dream too. but it is a bit too far!!

what lenses do you use for RZ? I have 65L-A, 110, 180.
i find the camera really heavy with digital back. (almost impossible for handheld!!)

Yeah I find even a monopod really saves your back! almost always use a Gitzo traveller tripod, it's real heavy. I use the 50, 110, I have the 180 and a 250. 95% is the 50 or 110. Almost always use high ISO handheld as I prefer the MF look.

RZ is really the best system of Mamiya!
