I come up with 7 obvious areas that tell me it is not original black paint from first look. If we have the camera on hand or look more closely to the pics, I believe should spot at least 5-7 more points that prove it is not original black paint. E.g. the way they engrave the words and apply the white paint, the screws, the thickness of paint in small parts, the texture of the paint etc.
1. Serial 7XXXXX no black paint M3 introduced yet!! This is way too early!!
2. The paint have orange skin pattern which is indicator of a repaint
3. The paint lack the thickness on the area with brassing
4. If it is a all black DS M3, the knob of the bottom plate will be black paint too!
5. Most importantly, the brassed areas doesn't show any age, no oxyidation at all! It was only brassed very recently.
6. I don't think Leica will write "Black M3" on it's cert.
7. I doubt the leather is real too, usually repaint budda ear M3 will need to reskin because removing the budda ear for repaint will likely crack the skin. You will notice a lot of repaint will have the silver budda ear remain as to protect the original leather.
